We regret to inform you that we will be sunsetting Betafi’s web application at app.betafi.co and associated services (including our Zoom, Google Meet, Miro, and Figma Plugins and mobile companion apps on iOS and Android) on October 1, 2024.
Over the past year, we struggled to secure additional funding and were unable to build a sustainable business around the product. For those of you who are currently paying customers, we want to express our heartfelt thanks for valuing our service enough to pay for it.
During this transition, we will be enabling full video and transcript exports of all Betafi session recordings, independent of if you are a free user or paying customer of the service.
We will stop billing for all subscriptions for our paying customers with effect from September 1, and all usage through the month of September will not be billed.
You can export the recording for any session from your Betafi dashboard by visiting the session and clicking the download button, where you’ll have the option to export the video file or transcript via the Download button:
Over the next 90 days, we will be deleting all customer records and associated data from our servers as we wind down our infrastructure. Please reach out to support@betafi.co if you need any assistance with exporting your data from Betafi, and we will do our best to help you with your request.
